They are the best especially if you have no idea what you are doing! Ali answered my question no matter what time it was and never made me feel bad about having a question. She also checked up on us and asked how progress was going! She encouraged me when I felt like I wouldn’t find a house anymore and overall it was an amazing experience. I definitely felt well taken care of.
We unfortunately didn’t have the best experience during the home buying process. There were multiple staff not providing the same information. If we had questions, the customer service was lacking direction or providing clear guidance.
