I encourage veterans not to use this company for your VA home owners loan processing. As a first time buyer we were led to believe many things we later found out were not true. We would be told to sign different papers and told “that doesnt apply to us,” only to find out later that it did. We are now desperatly seeking assistance programs to avoid losing our home because of the misinformation. When we called veterans united they took no responsibility and did not offer any help. The process was transparent and smooth. Jeremy Anderson is easy to talk to and simply down to earth.
Overall, my home-buying process couldn't have been better! Our realtor, Lashell Johnson, that Veteran's United recommended was wonderful! Our loan officer, Cal Thompson, was a 10+ and the entire process from start to finish was exceptional! One thing that gets overlooked is the portal. I think the VU portal is awesome!
