I live in St Louis and Veteran Tree & Fence Service came over and did a vinyl fence around my backyard and a gate across my driveway I paid them over $8,000 and the gate is not working properly. **** came over and said he would take care of it that was in November of 2017 I have not seen him he will not answer my telephone calls or anything I even told him I realize it has been over one year. I paid to have a new fence installed back in 2016, and as of August 2017 I haven't seen or heard from anyone at this "company" in months. They won't answer their phone or return my calls. I can only assume that any positive or 5/5 review this company gets is probably fake. I know for a fact that that friends/family have already left them a 5-star review.
Our fence isn't even a year old and it is falling apart. The gate fell off 2 days ago and they didn't install it correctly so we don't even have caps on all of our posts.
Mike **** and his team were fantastic, professional, and the best price in town. From start to finish Mike was very responsive, answered all questions I had upfront and along the way, and there were no surprise costs. His initial estimate was exactly what I paid at completion and I got exactly what I asked for. Wife loves it, kid loves it, and the dogs love it.
