Update: Called Robert to adjust the sediment filter their company had installed. I couldn’t get it open to change the filter. I called about five times to ask for someone to come out. No one ever called or came. I am sorry I ever did business with Robert. I had to call another plumber to fix my issue. I had water pipe bust in my basement. I called him in the middle of night not only did he show up, but he took care of the job. Make sure that everything was done properly cleaned everything up like it never happened. I recommend his service 100%.
Robert Papaleo, owner of Veteran’s Plumbing had taken $675 from me as a deposit for a service that ended up not being necessary, with the agreement that he would refund my money should the new unit be unnecessary.
