We've been building a house in the Star Valley remotely. We've counted on Jake to take care of a damp crawl space, install our hot water heater and softener, and do all our plumbing install. We couldn't be more pleased with the work, his communication, and quick response whenever we have questions. He is always one of the first tradesman we call for help, referrals, and honest feedback at very reasonable prices.
This was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I hired this plumber to replace a simple water heater, and somehow they managed to mess up every step of the process. The installation looked sloppy, the fittings leaked. When he came back to fix it, he essentially broke the heating element, taped/glued it all together, and said it was fine. We had an unexpected leak under the sink at one of our vacation rentals, and their team responded incredibly fast they arrived within 40 minutes and took care of the issue right away. We were impressed with their service and would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of quick plumbing help!
My main shut off control in basement started dripping . I made one phone call and sent pics, Jacob came out today (Saturday). I was very happy for such fast response. His work was great, very pleasant to work with.
