Called this morning and the plumber was there during time frame given. Called to say he was on his way too. Job was done quickly and neatly. Very friendly too!
Eric was great! He fixed an outdoor faucet that would not shut off, in less than 15 minutes! Great quality of work! Will recommend to family & friends!
We've been building a house in the Star Valley remotely. We've counted on Jake to take care of a damp crawl space, install our hot water heater and softener, and do all our plumbing install. We couldn't be more pleased with the work, his communication, and quick response whenever we have questions. He is always one of the first tradesman we call for help, referrals, and honest feedback at very reasonable prices.
This was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I hired this plumber to replace a simple water heater, and somehow they managed to mess up every step of the process. The installation looked sloppy, the fittings leaked. When he came back to fix it, he essentially broke the heating element, taped/glued it all together, and said it was fine.
