When I called with an out of the ordinary request of getting our kitten, who had been treed 30 feet up for 5 days, Nathan said he'd be happy to help! He arrived shortly thereafter and within 5 minutes rescued our emaciated little girl. He wasn't even going to charge us, but of course we gave him a little donation :-) Super nice guy and we'll be calling him for any tree work in the future for sure!!!
Good price promise, seemed to talk well but don't believe running a business he is at his best, at least in my situation along with a few others I've read. I took off from my business to be here as I believed I should. We agreed on a Tuesday, I made multiple calls to him and texts with no response. If I get a call by the end of the day I will take this review off but I would gladly spend double the price then still go with this "Veteran". This guy must be battling with some demons within him. He is not professional, not responsive, not on time, and expensive. I wouldn't trust him further than I could spit. Run away! I did.
Nathan came out. Scheduled a time for him to cut some trees. I drove back 5 hrs to meet him. No show, no call or text. I call, text him.... hours later he texted back "oh I am in ft worth can we do tomorrow" I reply ok. I stayed in town to meet again today. Well.... another no show, no call. Nada.
