This place was review bombed by what appears to be friends or family members that had an unfortunate bad experience. It's actually a nice quaint bar that is very supportive to veterans. I went here after the reviews to see what was true and what wasn't never personally being here myself before, and quite frankly, the regulars were quite welcoming and friendly.

VFW post 602, double booked their only hall!! We paid a $100 deposit May 16th for a first birthday party to take place today. We showed up to set up at 10:30am for a 3pm event. We were allowed entry and even asked for assistance with minor things so staff was well aware of our presence. At 3 o’clock we went and spoke to staff about paying the remainder of the balance on the hall rental. It was at that point we were informed that they believed they might have double booked the hall.
