My understanding from the planning your visit and information for the parking online is that you can park in this lot to visit the museum, COSI and all the other attractions downtown as long as you pay the fee. We parked our van there and were told by a very rude female supervisor with blonde hair that we couldn't park our vehicle there and we couldn't come inside the museum unless we took our Christian tshirts off.
