Needed mother added to my deed, VA stated that they will have attornies that do deed contact me but they don't personally do deeds. Someone from Stable Law firm contacted me and typed my deed and charged me 1st it was $400 and later they wanted $415. I paid, talked to attorney and she stated that I would have to take deed to the village but I told her that I rather for her to take care of everything.
