DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY !!! They do not take responsibility for their mistakes very unresponsible . Jenny you doing really bad job !! She told me that her program ended for HVAC duck pressure testing she made a mistake on the papers when she was doing inspection, and when the inspector checked the papers, there was a one number wrong on the address she told me that she will not fix it because she doesn’t have money to activate the program again and she just blocked my number
If I could’ve, I wouldn’t put any stars at all. Jenny, the owner of the company, she was doing HVAC, dock pressure testing on one of my jobs turned out. She made a mistake on the number of the house. We cannot pass inspection because of that when I was trying to call her she blocked my number. I called her from a different number. She picked up and said that her email was blocked and to activate it she needed to pay around &175 dollars she said she doesn’t have money to activate that email. Great people and company!! Highly recommend
Had veterans heating an air respond to two properties for issues related to the HVACs. Both properties I was told needed entire new HVAC systems installed. It turned out that neither of them needed replacing and the cost to actually repair them was under $400. They quoted me $4,700.00 to change out each unit. Thankfully I got a second opinion from a more honest source. I do not recommend this company.
Very happy with them and will defiantly use them in the future. We felt they went above and beyond to get us back up and operational at a fair price.
