Veteran’s AC Repair provided outstanding service from start to finish. Their communication and customer service were excellent, and the entire team was professional, friendly, and respectful. We had a frustrating, hard-to-diagnose issue, and they never gave up—continuing to come back and troubleshoot until the problem was completely fixed. They were truly a joy to work with and helped us tremendously. I’m very grateful for their persistence and highly recommend Veteran’s AC Repair.
I work for a nonprofit that helps local children living in poverty. The heater at our community center does not work. From the moment I called Veterans AC they were nothing but accommodating! Our air conditioner unit burned up around July 4th. We called and even though it was a holiday, Chris sent his people the next day. They had it up and going by that afternoon. They came from Phoenix to Payson and they were very reasonably priced. We would highly recommend Veterans AC Repair and his company. It was time to have both my AC's changed, so I went on FB asking for recommendations. I got many with quotes spanning $8-9k difference. I decided on Veterans AC for several reasons. The owner came to my home himself for the quote. He was professional, honest and was on the lower end of the quotes I got, not the lowest, but that was fine because I liked him. Chris and his team are the best! Very professional, skilled and knowledgeable. Veterans replaced our HVAC for a reasonable cost and has helped us with issues with our furnace as well. We trust them to treat us fairly and make every effort to take care of our needs in a timely fashion. Highly recommend!
