This is the worst VA phone set-up I've experienced. I'm trying to get information on whether the new VA facility in South Ogden has a hearing clinic, and no one at the front desk will answer the phone to answer that simple question. That defeats the purpose of setting up a phone tree. As a matter of fact, no one answers the phone at this facility. After 10 rings in any option, the phone dumps you to the SLC VA facility. Great, loved it
The Ogden CBOC was the only place that would treat my severe anxiety and insomnia. I dont necessarily like the lectures about my weight and then listening for 30 mins to their weight loss story or being told Im pre-diabetic but my primary care doc says Im not. I put up with the nonsense to keep seeing the one doc who helps me. The front desk folks are amazing!!!
