My husband scheduled an appointment online and had contact with the technician via email (Jacob Yeager) and we had an appointment today at 8:00am. I started making phone calls to them around 8:30-9 due to no one showing up. My husband had taken off work and was at home with our toddler waiting. I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with this company. Matt is a great guy who really knows what he’s doing. I’ve used several other well known garage door companies in the area and have been frustrated by each experience. If you are looking for an honest locally owned company that will shoot you straight and does quality work, this is it. I highly recommend this company. Second time using this company. Matt did a great job.
When I called a real person answered the phone. I did not have to leave a message and wait for a return call. Matt came and looked at our problem (garage door would not stay down) he solved the problem. We decided to get a new door opener because the one we had was very very old, the cost of a new one was reasonable and we got a senior discount.
