History Established in 2001. The funeral home was started on Gulf to Bay Blvd in Clearwater. Jim Rudolph grew up in the Tampa Bay area, graduated from Dixie Hollins High in St Pete, worked for a local funeral home before starting Veterans Funeral Care in 2001. We grew quickly and moved to a larger location off Roosevelt Blvd about 1/4 mile from the St. Pete - Clearwater Airport.
