The person handling my acct in 2023 was terrible. I asked to be transferred and they wouldn't. The woman never checked on me for mortgage issues or lowering my rates until they were alerted I was refinancing with someone else. Shauna is terrible.
Danielle Harmon is one of the best, professional, knowledgeable and polite person I have come across in a long time. She explained things clearly, answered questions, calmed my anxiety when things got overwhelming. She always answered questions no matter the day or time. BTW the VA home loan does not have a set credit score. The company that offers it does. I will not be working with a company that cannot get that fact right.
Shauna was fantastic. She guided me every step of the way from initial loan application to closing on my first home :) Everything happened on time for closing, and I even got money back after credits.
I bought a house from someone who is using this lender to purchase their new home. Today was supposed to be the closing date, but they are postponing their closing by three more days. Now I can’t get my property on time because this company is such a joke.
