The builder and his wife are amazing and they do a fantastic job.. Owner is horrible at communication until it is time for him to get paid. Was promised numerous start dates that always fell through. I had to contact him each time because he never kept me updated. Took 3 months to finally have it done.

I was a little skeptical after reading some of the negative reviews but I decided to go with Veterans anyways. Came out and gave me an estimate quickly and materials were delivered in 2 weeks as agreed upon. 2 days later the fence was up and looks amazing. Will have them do more work in the future for sure. A bit tough to get a hold of people since they do have other jobs but always called back when left a message. Marty is a great worker and has over 30 years experience A1

Just had a vinyl fence installed this past month. I shopped around and chose Veterans Fence based on a referral from a co-worker. It turned out real nice as promised. Most impressed by the clean up of the crew upon completion.

Simply Stunning.Very good experience with this company.Effecient and timely.great product,service and price.The high cheekboned owner Brian Teets was very honest and professional.Very nice man.He reminded me of my dear bobby that we lost in Iwo Jima.Sweet and courtly.The fence looks great.They installers were kind and sweet lads.They even complimented me cookies.We cannot wait to celebrate our 60 wedding anniversary and show our family our new fence.Arthur just sits and stares at it even at night.

I rarely write reviews, but I decided to write this one. AVOID THIS COMPANY. Very dishonest and irresponsible owner, Brian Teets. The only thing he does fast-is collecting money, he took a $4000 deposit and then he disappeared for 3 month, did not return phone calls or emails. We finally got our fence installed 4 month later after we threatened him with filing complain with Better Business Bureau. He still has some unfinished business with us-we did not receive any promised warranty including lifetime warranty for materials.... read more

The estimate process was great. They were prompt and responsive. The price was fair for the job and I was told it should be scheduled for about 3 weeks from the earnest money deposit. Two months later there was still no fence to be found in my yard. When I called they would say they were coming on Friday but they wouldn't. Finally the date was set but I called the city 3 days prior to the install and no permit had been pulled. When I called them on it they said they didn't pull permits for decorative fences. Veterans fence has the WORST customer service I have even seen!! Their great up until you give them your final payment! If you need to use the 3 year guaranteed service warranty, GOOD LUCK getting them to even call you back!! I have been waiting for months to get someone to just return a phone call, let alone come fix my leaning gate that will not open!! Over priced. It took a long time to finish the job. One 90 degree corner post wasn't a factory made post. The slots was cut with a jig saw to adapt the 90 degree side for the top and bottom rails. The end channels were missing on two posts so the cut saws show next to the post. I called the owner and he told me it would be fixed and it was never done. I'm sorry I didn't shop around.
