Terrible customer service. I spoke with a woman named Ivory who literally read a script line for line asking redundant questions over and over. I’ve made many appointments through them and this is the worst. I wonder what are the hiring requirements. She said the phone call is recorded so hopefully they will investigate
OMG I am so impressed with my visit. I didn’t know what to expect…..the place was clean, professional and all kinds of drinks and snacks for veterans. It was truly lovely. The staff was great, Dr Chao has compassion and is a good listener.
Attention All veterans if you get called by VES for a C&P exam just call 1-800-827-1000 and ask for LHI or QTC. You have the right to switch a provider it’s the law. I found this out by calling the VA today. Stay clear of VES they are really messed up. I’ve been waiting for over 80 days for them to complete my exam and return it to the VA.
Dr. Chao was a great examiner. Honest and professional, Knowledgeable, answered my questions, provided clear explanations, and was very thorough. The entire office team was kind and caring! Positive experience!
Very nice facility! Great staff too! Doctor Chao was fantastic. Thorough, professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Great demeanor and manner. The staff (Patrice, Cathy, and Rionna) were exceptionally friendly and helpful too!
