Extremely too slow, they were contracted to assist VA, the concept was right, but the execution of the concept is broken. Need new management structure and better internal processing of claims. In theory this should have help VA, but hiring the right staff would have been a good start.

It makes sense why the VA works with these people. They’re lazy and do not care about veterans. If you are unfortunate enough to have to do your C&P exam with them then I wish you luck. They’re going to take forever and I mean FOREVER to do their jobs and send it to the VA just to get denied because they do not listen or care about you during your C&P.

Terrible contractor. VES does NOT have the veterans welfare in mind. Disorganized and just there to fill a quota. Scheduling without giving veterans a courtesy call for appointment availability. They need to be Blacklisted from supplying services to veterans.

I drove nearly a hundred miles, straight from working the night shift only to find out that the office is closed today due to a staffing issue. It would have saved me a lot of anxiety and stress if someone would have called me. Now have to drive ANOTHER HUNDRED MILES to home. On top of that there's no one available to schedule a NEW appointment, meaning that I have to wait until they call me back sometime next week!! 😡🤬
