Had work done in December 22' for Hot Tub in new built house. It Started leaking where he ran the electric to the outside in February 23' he fixed it in April 23' it started again in April 24'.when he fixed it he put a silicone on one of the parts and assured me if that didn't work he would change out the part. He has since told me he can't be held responsible for water in my basement leaking from where he ran a line. We had an appointment setup for today with Joe we sent him a message the night before and asked if he was licensed bonded and insured then he messaged us today said the situation made him feel uncomfortable and find someone else. This was for a disabled veteran which he claims he helps. He wouldn't give me a reason what made him feel uncomfortable. This is a little sketchy if he does this and doesn't want to give a reason what is he hiding.

Joe installed lighting fixtures in my aunt’s townhome recently and he did a professional job. He is honest, friendly and neat. I was impressed with his quick response when I texted him and he happen to be available the following week. I was given the referral from Dekker’s Lighting in Schererville, IN and pleased that I called Joe. I also referred Joe to my neighbor and she was satisfied with his work. I will refer Joe to my HOA at our next meeting.
