I wish I had read his reviews before moving forward this company! We hired him to clean the carpets of my boyfriend's parents house prior to putting it on the market. He seemed a little odd in person but I paid in cash (lesson learned) and expected some communication when he was done. My boyfriend went over later that night and noticed none of the stains he assured me he could get out were gone. We always use ChemDry for our carpets. Our current carpets are over ten years old and Veterans’ ChemDry made them look new! Appreciate their professionalism and kindness.
Our doggo was not feeling well and went on our carpet. We tried natural enzymes and cleaning the carpet ourselves multiple times, but the smell was still there until Veterans Chem Dry came out and took care of the problem. We are super grateful!
