Long story short, my vehicle had went into the garage 3 times for the same issue and every time the problem wasn’t solved. There was a bigger issue and after the second time, they should have known there was another issue that was that underlying reason but they couldn’t find it. So I contacted Derrick and had given him the full run down on what was going on so he got my car in right away and kept me up to date on what they were doing because he knew how upset and frustrated I was.
