Great service.
I'd rather go to Kankakee for my VA appointment than Hines in Chicago. It's 2 1/2 hr. trip there and a 10 hr. day for me to visit Hines.
Friendly staff willing to talk through possible benefits
this is a very highly recommended place for veterans to check in at but there is a young man behind the check-in counter that can be very disrespectful.
