I will absolutely be working with this company again for any future needs. I am currently out of state selling a home while trying to complete repairs so that in itself can be stressful when you can’t lay eyes on it. Do not use these individuals for a single thing. We reached out and were hopeful, they came out did an initial inspection with quote. Few days later after they received payment Albert sent the crew out to start work but kept canceling and changing the planed start date. Would only reach out super late at night as well after I had already coordinated with work to request off. Poor communication and unprofessional. I closed on a house and the sellers picked this company. I would not have chosen them if it was my choice. Albert wanted payment after only doing half of the work. I had to send him a pic of his invoice to get him to do what he quoted. The guys he had here the first day left for 2 hours, I had to call Albert and ask if they were coming back ( long line a Lowe’s he says)😒 he never reached out to me to give me updates or to even let me know they were finished.
