Works well for me. The system seems very well run despite not having enough staff. Outstanding service. Very clean. Lots of parking. A very nice cafeteria. Decent little store in the basement. Solid security. Kinda centrally located across from UB Medical on Bailey Avenue next to or very near Grover Cleveland Golf Course.
After my husband meeting with Royce Calhoun, associate director (?) and the acting director concerning the treatment he received from employees at their facility. After a lengthy discussion Mr Calhoun made a promise to my husband in reference to his care. Fifteen minutes later I discovered neither one of them has any integrity. They lied straight to his face. I would like to leave a five-star review for the VA hospital on Bailey avenue. During a recent emergency room visit, I received top notch, quality care and would like to extend Kudos to the entire staff and especially to the nurses who were attentive, knowledgeable, and very kind and friendly. They went above and beyond to keep me comfortable and informed during my stay and I can't say Thank you enough.
Big, but OK you get the services you asked for here. Their specialists are second to none in the region.
