I am continually impressed and grateful for the superior care I receive at the Buffalo VA. As soon as I walk in the door I am greeted by friendly security staff and helpful volunteers to provide directions. Today I had a 9 am appointment for lab work. I arrived about 10 minutes early, was checked in, blood drawn and even had time to reschedule an upcoming appointment. All of this was done by 9:05! Great job! Thank you for all that you do for us!
They keep removing my 1 star reviews, especially just before they "won that 5 star reward, where and how do they make the bad for them dissappear???
