Zero stars, this is a VA clinic that is removing the mural of the president that freed the slaves, I for one will never step foot in there again!
I'm from out of state, my house burned in a wildfire so I don't have an ID. The lady at the front desk was very sweet and helped me get some paperwork so I'd have proof of coverage for my trip. I wanted to walk back in to tell her how great she is but decided not to since I thought I might have covid. Hopefully she sees this because she's awesome and the VA needs more people like her.
I appreciate my doctor. She's really good, thorough and patient. The staff is always friendly and caring. Drive an hour just to come here.
Don't go if you're in need of help. Have never left a medical facility feeling worse then when I walked in. I am sorry for the negatively here and even more so for my brothers and sisters who run the risk of being treated as I have been by the staff. What a beautiful day outside though.
All the rumours about VA customer service can be thrown out the window at this clinic. staff is friendly and do the very best they can to help you in any way they can.
