Zero stars, this is a VA clinic that is removing the mural of the president that freed the slaves, I for one will never step foot in there again! VA is free and it still costs too much stop calling me!
I needed a letter from the VA doctor to continue my reasonable accommodation for my job by the end of August, 2025. I had an appointment on August 26. A few days before the appointment the clinic canceled the appointment. When I called to reschedule and explained the urgent need of this letter there was silence. I finally reschedule to September 8. I'm from out of state, my house burned in a wildfire so I don't have an ID. The lady at the front desk was very sweet and helped me get some paperwork so I'd have proof of coverage for my trip. I wanted to walk back in to tell her how great she is but decided not to since I thought I might have covid. Hopefully she sees this because she's awesome and the VA needs more people like her.
I appreciate my doctor. She's really good, thorough and patient. The staff is always friendly and caring. Drive an hour just to come here.
