I have been a patient at the Lexington Park VA Clinic for quite some time, and I want to start by recognizing the incredible staff who have cared for me over the years. Every provider, nurse, and staff member I have encountered has been compassionate, professional, and genuinely invested in helping veterans. Zero stars, this is a VA clinic that is removing the mural of the president that freed the slaves, I for one will never step foot in there again! VA is free and it still costs too much stop calling me!
I needed a letter from the VA doctor to continue my reasonable accommodation for my job by the end of August, 2025. I had an appointment on August 26. A few days before the appointment the clinic canceled the appointment. When I called to reschedule and explained the urgent need of this letter there was silence. I finally reschedule to September 8.
