Initially was a good relationship. But then when I added a new disability through the VA it unknowingly bumped them from representing me on the initial disability appeal. We decided to let the new disability play out then add them back to represent me in the first disability appeal. I cannot say thank you enough, what was a 30+ year fight, I was defeated. I gave up until I met Bill. He told me what they did and how he started and I signed him right up. I had the DAV as my VSO first, and nothing happened after my first rating. I am not saying the DAV is bad, but my rep didn't do anything for me. Bill and @Veteran Affairs Law took me to the finish line! Thank you is not near enough! My wife is now covered for medical. Why do we have to fight so hard is my only question. Had a phenomenal experience. My claim was settled back in September of 2025. But everyone I spoke with there was very clear, incredibly helpful, and patient with any and every question I had.
