Hospital is being negligent with my pastor that is currently staying there. They won’t let him go home. Some of the doctors have been rude to the pastors daughter.
They literally starved my Grandpa for 2 days, refused to hydrate him through IV or give him water. They said he was going to pass away. When my mother realized the IV was never connected. They said what was the point if he was going to die. She argued with them to hook the IV line and they finally did. Hes been "terminal" for 3 days now and they refuse to let him come home to pass because the ambulance is not equipped with an oxygen tank...which is absurd! I called the VA East Orange to get some info for my father. I spoke to Erica in eligibility. A couple of days after the call I went to the location to speak to Erica in person. What a pleasant and seamless experience! Dealing with these entities can often be a nightmare. Much appreciation to Erica at booth #5 for her time and professionalism!
