Teriffic Doctors and staff
The Veteran Hospital Transportation department seems to face significant challenges in communication and efficiency. It often takes multiple attempts to reach someone, which can be quite frustrating. In my recent experience, I called three times, and despite a driver taking down my information, it was not entered into the system. Not good, they seem overwhelmed and somewhat incompetent. Doctors turnover is very high, although there are some good people there, as a whole the experience is always lacking. My current doctor is dismissive, and seemingly not keeping up with prescriptions and appointments.
Service is great. Someone, I think they call them ambassador met me at the front door with a wheel chair. Took me to the 9th floor in the wheelchair to my appointment
