Be prepared to wait. Been here over an hour waiting on labs. Asked front desk after about 30min and was told I was “in the next batch” but they would not tell me how long it would take.
The most inefficient, disorganized and worst customer service VA facility that I have ever used. There is no way to call in. No one will answer. Hopefully, you are not dying, because it is the worst place to get an appointment or even a referral to a specialist. You get an appointment with many other people at the same time and you will never be called at the time of your appointment. Be ready to wait a long time. Waited 1.5 hours just for labs.
AVOID THIS CLINIC!!!!! This VA is by far the worst VA clinic. They don’t care about your time, they can’t keep a provider, they don’t tell you if they have limited staff and that you will be waiting hours for something as little as a blood draw. Two years in a row, same excuses, same experiences, and nothing has changed. I’m done coming here!!!!!
I only get to see her like once a year but i must say...Erica is eye 🍬 from every direction...hijole! I'd like her to do all my labs from now on.
