If your trying to get examination for va benefits this is the location. For some reason it wasn’t on maps so I posted this. It is on the 6th floor of the building. The door should be visible from your right, left since there are elevators on both sides. It’s pretty self explanatory once you get off the elevator. I went here to do my examination and everything went well. They also recommend that I get checked in to a va Clinic in Clarksville or Hopkinsville.
