118 degrees in the sun and my air conditioner breaks down! What a nightmare! Spencer arrived with in a two hour window. He was fantastic. Took the time to explain everything and had me up and running with in two hours. Great technician. Great experience. Will definitely use him again .

Anthony and Johnny were here to do our routine maintenance on our AC systems and as the weather is getting hotter by the day here, the timing was perfect. One of our systems was down 3 lbs of refrigerant and it was added and now it cools much better. The challenging news is that we are likely going to need to replace in our units which is no fun but their pricing is reasonable. We are looking it over for consideration. When your air conditioning goes out in Arizona with temperatures in the low 100s, a fast response is everything. Veterans Air Conditioning exceeded our expectations. They responded to our late afternoon service call within the hour. Our technician, John, had worked on our system before, so he was already familiar with it. So impressed with this company. Preston came out first to look at our system and spent well over an hour explaining what he was testing and the findings. While we hoped we might get away with our system for another summer, we chose to bite the bullet and replace the system with a much more efficient heat pump.
