I paid Josh to install a whole house dehumidifier in January 2024. He installed a defective unit, then took MONTHS to get back out to replace it, and the job still isn't done. It's been almost a year since I paid Josh, he's used every excuse in the book and has since stopped replying to my texts and calls. Avoid working with him at all costs.
Just got the pitch and proposal, didn't end up going with them. Staff is very friendly and responds quickly. I did have some serious issues with the numbers they put in front of us for the sales presentation. 5% energy increase yearly with no source, red flag. Interest rate at 2.99% with out disclosing rate buy down of 37%, red flag. Not a bad company. I am going to tell you exactly why Veteran Solar is the ONLY company you should consider working with on your solar project. I have been trying to get solar on my home for 1.5 years. I spoke with: Lgcy Power Titan Solar Renu Energy and a few others that aren't worth mentioning, and no one, absolutely no one was able to make this happen like Veteran Solar did. From start to finish Ivan with Veteran Solar walked us through the process. We had a couple leaks in the roof that we couldn’t find. Ivan helped us find a roofing company. Once the old roof was taken to bare wood the answers to the intermittent leaks were answered. Ivan and Mikaela with Hardline roofing worked extremely well with each other to get roof redone and ready for solar install right after the roof was done. .
