Lori (a new plumber recommended to me) came as scheduled to check on problem with my mixing valve & brought with her a part that could offer a fix. Before she took it apart she suggested I try mixing valve in guest bathroom to see if that showed same problem. It did. She then said problem was not with mixing valve & went to cellar to check out hot water tank. She found the valve to my tankless water heater that had been was on. I called Lori of veteran plumbing & heating. Advised her of a leaking fitting on my baseboard forced hot water system. She came in disabled my heating system and cut the fitting off. Came back in after 20 minutes in her truck telling me that she didn’t have the fitting. She went to a few plumbing supplies to find the fitting and told me she was unable to find it. So she proceeded to tell me that she would look for the fitting and call me when she finds one, it has been months since I heard from her, so I finally called her t... read more

Had a pipe burst in my wall, Laurie Bence came out the same day, and she is the best plumber I've ever met. Between jobs and owning 200+ year old house, I've worked with a lot of contractors and none of them have done such a quick job or cleaned up better. If you're reading this, thank you.

Love Laurie! Devon returned our call promptly and Laurie & Austin came over to our property to check out heating system. We talked about what we needed and she was able to write me exactly the kind of quote I needed (i.e. Do this step first for $xx and then the next step is $xx, etc). We made an appointment for the repair just a few days out. They were prompt, professional, easy to talk with, and understanding.
