My wife ordered this for me as a christmas gift. There was issues with shipping as UPS had lost the first one they shipped out. The owner was fully transparent and insisted on sending out a new one free of charge. If you are ordering this as a gift, I highly recommend it. Just have some patience as these are made to order items and aren't plucked from a shelf and thrown in a box. They take the time to do it right. Thanks again!
Huge Disappointment. Specifically purchased from this company to support Veteran Owned Businesses and order a gift for a newly retired military veteran. The item clearly states "***Made to Order*** Allow 1 week production time." Order was placed 22 Jan and I asked for an update on 25 Jan to ensure the product would arrive on time. The owner (Anthony) stated it required more coats of poly and would be shipped out the last week of January.
