I had this company out twice for two different services. My garage was making a loud banging noise as it was closing. Turns out it was sagging in the middle and needed more support. They braced it and upgraded the springs to accommodate the new weight. And at my request, replaced the rollers, which still had life on them, but the cost was minimal. Fantastic service. Two months after a garage spring replacement, the cables came off the drums on my garage door. I called for an emergency repair and was told I would have to wait 3 days and to call another company to fix it even though the warranty states "same day service" . Another company repaired it the following day and Veteran Garage refused to pay the charges. Choose another company and hopefully they will stand behind their work.
