very poor service experience. i was charged $366 for a garage door repair, which included adjusting the motor settings and replacing a bracket. The technician completed the work in 30 minutes and said it included spring adjustment and lubrication. We have used Veteran Garage Door Repair twice in the past 7-8 years and have been very happy with the appointment setting process and service. Our garage door is over 20 years old and Aaron just came out to diagnose an issue again, and he was polite, timely, and wasn’t pushy with pricey options for replacement, he gave us multiple options so we could figure out what works for us. I appreciate that very much! We recommend them to anybody needing garage door help!
My garage door was opening but could not be closed with a remote control. Veteran Garage Door Repair clicked some buttons on my remote control and the door quit working completely afterwards. Essentially they made it worse. The man then offered a $600 fix, a new engine. I did not want such an expensive fix. I asked the serviceman to restore the original status when he arrived. He refused, leaving my door completely broken, worse than it was. Do not call this company, terrible service!
