These folks are great. It's not my first time using them for my garage door needs. Oscar did a great job on fitting me with a new garage door opener, new track wheels and remotes. He explained everything to me before he left. I highly recommend Veteran Garage Door Repair.
I've used Veterans Garage Door for several years to handle repairs and upgrades. Today they installed a new Liftmaster garage door opener for us. Install looks great, and you can't hear the door operate from inside the house. The opener uses the MyQ app, notifying when the door is opened or closed, and has video of the people entering or leaving, using the opener's Bluetooth camera. Clayton did an excellent job explaining what happened with the old opener, and with the install. Thanks Clayton!!
very poor service experience. i was charged $366 for a garage door repair, which included adjusting the motor settings and replacing a bracket. The technician completed the work in 30 minutes and said it included spring adjustment and lubrication. However, the problem reoccurred, and the technician returned after 24 hours, suggesting an additional $500-$800 for motor replacement. We have used Veteran Garage Door Repair twice in the past 7-8 years and have been very happy with the appointment setting process and service. Our garage door is over 20 years old and Aaron just came out to diagnose an issue again, and he was polite, timely, and wasn’t pushy with pricey options for replacement, he gave us multiple options so we could figure out what works for us.
