I am so grateful I canceled with the other company and decided to give VGD a call. They worked to fit us in to the schedule quickly, and the technician Matthew went above and beyond to ensure the repair was done correctly and affordably. His keen eye at a bigger potential problem provably saved me thousands of dollars in what would have been a major drywall repair in the garage. I’m so very grateful and you certainly have me as a loyal customer!

I liked everything about this company - answering the phone, scheduling, keeping appointment on time, notice of pending arrival, frequent email and text messages- all excellent. The big plus was the technician, Matthew, who was very efficient and did the job in less than 2 hours.

My tech, Oscar, was amazing. He did a little tap here and there and everything looked nearly new, I was very impressed with how quick he was able to get my garage door back in service.

The technicians,Randell and John, arrived on time as planned, and were very knowledgeable and courteous. I had used Veteran Garage Door repair once several years ago and again was provided excellent service. They examined the door and mechanisms and provided evaluation with options and cost. The evaluation was accurate and there was no pressure to perform additional options which no doubt were valid and reasonable given it is a 23 year old door and opener. Had them perform maintenance.
