Randall was a breath of fresh air, he was friendly and clearly knew what he was doing. He got us up and running same day. Great customer service and great communication about arrival time. Randall did a awesome job on installing 2 new springs, end plates and making sure everything was up to speed. Nice Veterans discount too.
I have to echo the positive reviews - these guys are great from dispatch to job completion. Randall came on site (within an hour of my call which was earlier than expected), was knowledgeable, gave me the repair/replace details so that I could make an informed decision, then knocked out the job only a couple hours after I made the call! Highly recommended!
A few weeks ago I backed into our garage door with my car (oopsie). I gave this company a call around 2pm, they were at our house in just a couple hours to give us a quote, and they had our new garage door installed 2 days later. We were impressed with how fast they were, and the price was very reasonable.
