I recently used Veteran garage door to repair my garage doors and was very impressed with their service. Initially, both the large and small garage doors had severe dents and were only partially functional. Great Service. My garage opener broke at 6 PM and they immediately came out and inspected it the next morning. They confirmed the issue. I picked up a new opener that evening and they installed my new garage door opener the next day. Clean work and the price for installing was worth it. I will definitely have them replace my other garage opener instead of doing myself.
As a veteran myself, I am very disappointed in the brief contact I had with Veteran Garage Door Repair. I’ve never bought or replaced a garage door, but was interested in doing so if it might save me money on electrical costs if I got one that was insulated. Great service, knowledgeable, very professional technicians. Prompt, courteous, thorough, and fair prices. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Work done: First time (a few years ago) was new pulleys and a new cable and general maintenance, along with the advice by that tech that the springs (then 15 years old) might be on their last leg, in part because the door was very heavy and the springs groaned as if pulling too heavy a load, but he didn't want to suggest more work than was necessary right then. Our garage door was stuck shut (our spring busted), and we called Veteran Garage Door. Thankfully they were able to work us in on the same day. They kept us informed and set expectations of when they’d be able to come out. Jordan came out and offered us his advice, and gave us 3 options for the repairs needed. He had everything he needed and fixed us up in under 30 minutes. He also made sure any/all of our questions were answered. Super professional, very courteous, and all around good people.
