Made an appointment with Jason and drove 3 hours with cash in hand. While I was pulling in the car was pulling out. He gave it to his aunt to use while her car was being fixed. I never met with him and he never showed up. He just messaged me and told me that there was nothing he could do and to just head back home. I honestly don’t understand how a business can survive with customer service like this. I highly recommend not doing business here.
I've bought many cars from many dealerships. Never have I been treated as well as I was by Jason and Melissa at Veteran Auto Sales. They are genuine people that actually care about their customers. Jason was very forthcoming and up front about the vehicle I purchased, and made sure that I was able to get into the vehicle that was best for myself and my kids. They earned a customer for life!
