Disregard the original 5 star review below. Went in to renew my registration (almost a year later) and was told the dealer still has a temp hold which never was released and the title is still not in my name. The tax office said the dealer has up to 30 days to complete those items. If no return call soon, next step will be filing a complaint with DMV regional office and an attorney. Well where do I begin? First I purchased a 2020 Nissan Altima from there Pinellas Park location last July. Sale was great and Bobby seemed like a genuine guy. Well after 4 months the Air Conditioning stopped working. I had purchased an extended warranty when I bought the car for $1800. So I brought the car to Coice Auto for them to look at it. Purchased a car 2 months ago and thought all went well. 2 months and we still don’t have our license plate or title. They’ve made us 2 temporary plates and even said they were overnighting the 2nd one. It never came. It took my husband going into the dealership to get the 2nd temporary plate. We went to the tax collector today and were informed that the dealership hasn’t even gotten the title out of the previous state it was titled in.
