My experience with the VA CBOC in Jacksonville, NC has been disappointing. While having a local VA clinic available is convenient for veterans, the overall experience has left a lot to be desired. Great staff and service. I’ve never left feeling I wasn’t taken care of. 5 stars
Please update the clinic website to reflect that the lab closes at 2:30pm, not 4:30. I wasted very useful time because of this.
Worst VA care in the country! If you live remote, 30-45 minutes away and need labs do get medication, good luck!! And the hours for the lab are not posted anywhere that I could find.
