Recently upgraded our Equine DR unit -- Jeff B. , our sales rep, was awesome in steering us through the options and helped us select the best unit that would work for our practice and budget. Jeff has been available after the purchase for any questions we had. Our initial training with Tammi @ Metron support was smooth and effective. Unlimited training for new DVM's and technicians is a valuable service. All of our interactions with Vetel Diagnostics has been positive. Will be repeat customers for future equipment needs.
