Coming to Vetcor has been a breath of fresh air. Coming from a clinic under a different corporation, the change to Vetcor has been extremely positive and impactful. There is a lot going on behind the scenes, and Vetcor and its management staff, are constantly striving to improve the employee experience. I love being part of Vetcor because of the supportive team and positive culture. Having the opportunity to help build and grow the Client Care Center from the ground up has been incredibly rewarding. It's inspiring to work for a company that values collaboration and making a difference every day.
no work life balance, no care for anyones welfare, health or family. stay away from corporate company's like this one. who under pay and overcharge at every turn. There is nothing but fake team mentalities rather then real teams that work together. the turn over rate is atrocious as well. lack of communication from corporate to clinics is a major issue. Its just a cash grab company at the end of the day with little care for actual animals/clients/employees.
Why does Vetcor allow declawing when your mission is "to enhance the health and well-being of pets"? Truly shameful, and not supported by the literature.
