Incredibly unethical and heartbreaking. Linwood Animal Hospital one of their animal clinics in Lowell - helped someone wrongfully keep our beloved family cat. Despite the fact that she is microchipped to me and officially flagged as missing in the database, this clinic completely failed to follow standard protocols or verify ownership. This company does not care at all about it's employees. All they care about is the money. I would not take your furbaby to any of their clinics. You were warned.
Coming to Vetcor has been a breath of fresh air. Coming from a clinic under a different corporation, the change to Vetcor has been extremely positive and impactful. There is a lot going on behind the scenes, and Vetcor and its management staff, are constantly striving to improve the employee experience.
