This company said they could install an EV charger for our ****** all electric car. They came out to see the area of installation and saw that our car was a ******. When they came out to install, we found that the nozzle on the ChargePoint Flex charger they had installed did not fit our car. They had ordered a Tesla compatible charger. To "fix" the problem, they brought out an off-brand adapter nozzle that would attach to the ChargePoint.
