Unfortunately I had a bad experience this past summer because they gave me the wrong flea medication—meds for a much bigger dog. I was really upset because it caused me a lot of trouble to return it as I couldn’t just go back to the store to return it. (It doesn’t work that way for the vet portion of the store.) My dog is 10 lbs and the flea meds I was given was for an 85+ lb dog. I eventually got my money back but I really feel they could have done more to compensate me since I had to call numerous times and go to the store... read more
Really convenient to book appointment online and fill out the paperwork. They're good about sending reminders. Most importantly the experience of the visit is really pleasurable. They are prompt and courteous and were really good in handling our dog. And the upshot is that one can browse in the store when waiting a few minutes for test results instead of sitting in a boring office!
