Great service for my babies! I had accidentally cancelled my appointment, arrived maybe 30+ minutes early. There was only 1 couple ahead of me. The woman who checked us in was amazing, Dr Marty was AMAZING and they were absolutely incredible with handling my 3 babies who had to get their shots. Wonderful service and will definitely be back!
Had an appointment. When I arrived there were 10 people in front of me. I arrived on time. Apparently they were way behind. Appointments didn’t matter. Whoever was in line first, were served first. I chose Vetco because they took appointments. I have went to vet in Tractor Supply, they don’t take appointments. I waited 4hrs. I waited hour 1/2 at Vetco with less people. The Vets have been incredible! Updating my babies shots and getting an exam!
Was instructed to arrive 10 minutes before scheduled appointment time. Had to wait that 10 minutes for the store to open. After I got my pet checked in, I had to wait an additional 10-15 minutes for the vet to arrive.
