I thought the event was conveniently located and well run. They were as efficient as they could possibly be with the number of people that came and all the staff were very polite, It was a bit of a wait but evidently another PetSmart had to staff it and they had to drive from Columbus first thing in the early morning. I appreciated the opportunity to get this done since I had short notice to do so.
I've been taking my golden retriever to this location for the last 5 years. Great experience every time and very reasonable price!
Everyone that helped with Marley was amazing!
Staff was excellent with my dog! Quick and easy to get a vaccine. Very kind and knowledgeable. They truly care about our pets!
