Both my cat and dog get their shots there. Cheaper and quick. Nice vet and staff always!!

We took the newly adopted cat to the vaccination. We made an appointment. After waiting in line for 10 minutes, they refused it at the first glance because the cat was hissing. It’s a messy setup. No separate rooms or anything. We had no information on that before going. Didn’t feel friendly treated either.

I took my dog to see your vet for a check up and several vaccinations. She is a very nervous, skittish dog but your vet was amazing. He was so patient with her and very careful not to make her anxious.

this is designated to Petco the corporation, fi d a better system and precheck in to stop wasting consumers time and stressing out your staff because it's not their fault your buisness isn't proactive about having nessisary information available for the staff to do their jobs when we the customers arrive with our pets. i wanted to say money but I'm just going to go to a vet because i don't want to waste my time petco. Work on your business model for the stafd and costumers flow for your clinics

Took my puppy to get his 2nd set of shots with vetco, because his 1st round was given to him by a vet and not them, I was told he would need to start over, and when I refused they said his shots would not be valid. Rather than explain why they didn't count his initial first set of shots, the girl told me I didn't need to get his shots with them.
