I had a reservation at 7:00 for my pet that I did online so I wouldn't have to wait and the lady that worked there took 2 people before me . And I had to wait - it took over an hour for my appointment I should have been first seeing they just walked in And I also texted them when I was there Poor customer service and she wasn't kind either
Ran on time great techs and vet. Settled my dog down for me
