The staff was kind and attentive. Even to my needs. The setup was in the reptile section of the store and I have form of herpetophobia. The staff graciously took my pet for her shots and one staff member stayed with me to calm my nerves as well.
I had 9am appointment to just check out a little bup on my dog's back. We are there on time at 9am as requested and the refused even looked at her and said go to a regular vet. How could you trust in this kind of service?
