I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic and feel compelled to share my concerns. I understand that my dog is young and energetic; however, the manner in which the staff handled the visit significantly escalated what could have been a manageable situation. To begin, I arrived approximately 15 minutes early for my appointment but waited in line for nearly 30 minutes to check in, during which time I was attempting to keep my dog calm.
